Enhance your stage area with screens displaying concert quality, VJ controlled, audio reactive graphics, and manually controlled lights + lasers to the music.

Screens

We use 2 large 14’ indoor/outdoor projection screens that can be projected onto from the front or back. Screens can be placed up to 80’ apart! Usually they look and work best by being placed on either side of your stage area. The screens usually require clear space behind.

Graphics

VISUALZ provides audio reactive graphics that will be executed by a VJ in real time with our tech. Let us know your theme / vibe. We create and curate the art and make it audio-reactive. Additionally, provide us with video and/or artist logos you would like integrated into the graphics.

Live Video

Do you want live video of the artists on stage on the screens with fx, combined with the audio reactive visuals? We can do that just let us know so we can plan all that out.

Projection Mapping

Do you want us to do some projection mapping on a stage, wall,  mural, space, or object? Our tech is great for this. Let us know.

Lights & Lasers

We have a number of lights and lasers at our disposal. We run an art-net DMX setup, which is the professional standard for stage lighting. Our light tech / VJ will control the lights to your event for the whole show. Dynamics are very important for the visuals so we usually will start a show with a lower intensity then increase over the night. Giving the headliner the most detail.

Prep

We like to have an initial call to determine the theme / vibe for the graphics and lighting experience during the event. We can just do our thing by default but you can let us know if you need it to be extra chill or extra crazy, black & white, etc.. This is also a good time to give us any artist logos, event details, and special requests eg. Happy Birthday stuff.

Graphic prep time takes 1 hour minimum for a 2 hour event. Lighting prep time takes 1 hour minimum for a 2 hour event. This involves creating graphics, creating light sequences, checking / testing gear, etc.

Setup

Setup takes 2 hours in most cases. It can be done in 1 hour under rushed circumstances. 2 hours is the minimum buffer we like to work with to provide what we promise. 

Strike

Take down takes 1-2 hours in most cases. 1 hour is the minimum buffer we like to work with.

Cost

We provide you a one time flat cost and stick to it. We come up with that number based on an hourly estimate at $45-100 per hour depending upon the scale of the event. Full payment is required in advance of travel to the event. If something goes wrong on our end we will refund you appropriately, but so far we have a great track record.
